At DeRosa Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship to DeRosa Music

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred insured shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
